Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We deliver inside the State of Kuwait only, to all governorates and areas. We don't currently ship outside Kuwait, but you can use a Kuwaiti delivery address (a relative, a friend, a forwarder).

Delivery times

Delivery runs daily from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM Kuwait time.

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM: same-day delivery (5 – 9 PM the same evening).
• Orders placed at 2:00 PM or later: next-day delivery (5 – 9 PM tomorrow).

The order confirmation page and the WhatsApp message we send right after checkout both show your exact delivery date.

Delivery rates

Rates depend on the area and are shown precisely on the checkout page once you pick your governorate and area. The minimum is 2.500 KD, and farther areas (like Wafra and Wafra Farms) are 5.000 KD.

No surprise fees added after you pay.

Tracking your order

As soon as you place an order, a WhatsApp message arrives with the order number and expected delivery date. The driver usually calls 15–30 minutes before arrival so you have time to be ready.

If you're not home

If you don't answer after a couple of tries or no one is home, we WhatsApp you to reschedule — usually for the next-day window.

• Pre-paid orders: stay live as long as you need them; we'll deliver whenever works for you.
• Cash on delivery: after two failed attempts, the order is cancelled and items returned to stock.

Changing your address or phone

WhatsApp us with your order number as soon as you notice. As long as the driver hasn't left the warehouse, we can update the address, phone number, or recipient name.

Bulk and institutional orders

For schools, events, or company orders (20+ books), WhatsApp us and we'll arrange a custom quote and a delivery schedule that fits.
