Welcome to Coloring Family. Using the website and placing any order means you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to place an order. Minors need a parent/guardian's consent.

Products & pricing

  • All prices are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and include any applicable taxes.
  • The price shown at checkout is the final price — no surprise fees added after payment.
  • Availability depends on current stock. If a product sells out before packing, we contact you immediately to suggest an alternative or refund.

Ordering & payment

  • An order becomes binding once an order number appears on the confirmation screen and the WhatsApp confirmation arrives.
  • We accept KNET, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay (via TAP), and cash on delivery.
  • All online payments are protected with 3D Secure.

Delivery

Delivery is inside Kuwait only, daily from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Kuwait time) deliver the same day; orders after that deliver the next day. See shipping policy for the full details.

Intellectual property

All site content — logo, photos, text, design — is the exclusive property of Coloring Family or used under license from the original owners. Copying or reusing any content for commercial purposes without written permission is not allowed.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to hack the site or access admin systems.
  • Use fake details or commit payment fraud.
  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability

We work hard to keep product info and stock accurate, but we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the site. Our maximum liability for any order is the value of that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any dispute is referred to the competent Kuwaiti courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.
